In cities, taking advantage of every available space to create green places is essential to cope with high temperatures and improve people's wellbeing. In this communal roof renovation project, the goal is to create a cool, pleasant space that also helps improve the surroundings.

This new roof uses natural materials and light-coloured paving to avoid heat accumulation, and it has been planted with native vegetation adapted to our climate. This vegetation, besides having low water needs, adds colour and varied blooms throughout the year, encouraging biodiversity.

The project has also taken accessibility and inclusion into account, so that everyone can enjoy the roof terrace. Furniture, railings and other protective elements have been designed, and provision has been made for the possible installation of a communal pool in the future.
