Bedolls

The project consists of the landscaping and site development proposal for the plot of a new detached house located in the municipality of Cabrils.

The proposal's main objective is the naturalisation of the surroundings, creating different atmospheres and sitting areas through vegetation.

Planters and masses of vegetation are strategically placed to delimit zones and create areas for rest and contemplation. The design engages with the levels resulting from the insertion of the building into the originally sloping topography of the plot, generating a sense of depth and dynamism in the surrounding space.

Considering the needs of the owners, who are allergic to flowering plants, a selection of non-allergenic vegetation is chosen which, at the same time, brings a natural and welcoming feel to the home's surroundings. Trees, shrubs and plants of different sizes and textures are incorporated to bring visual and tactile diversity to the landscape.

In addition, the architectural elements of the house are taken into account so as to integrate them harmoniously into the landscape, using vegetation as a focal point and as a transition between the inside and the outside of the house.
